Dr. Bob Pletka and Dr. Joanne Culverhouse are experienced educational consultants who specialize in supporting superintendents and executive leadership teams. They provide customized professional development, executive coaching, and strategic leadership support designed to strengthen collaboration, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.

Their work also helps leaders harness customized AI tools to analyze data, strategize effectively, and communicate with greater clarity and impact — from graphic tools and custom agenda preparation systems to AI-supported project planning and communication frameworks.

Dr. Joanne Culverhouse, former Superintendent of La Habra Schools retired after serving 41 years in education as a teacher, elementary, middle and high school principal, and assistant superintendent of both education services and human resources. She received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UCLA and has been recognized throughout the state for her innovated leadership and focus on transformational change in education.

Dr. Bob Pletka, Superintendent of Fullerton School District, brings over 36 years in education and 18 years of successful superintendent experience. He earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UC Irvine, with a specialization in Educational Technology, and is recognized statewide for integrating innovation, equity, and digital tools into leadership practice.

Together, Dr Pletka and Dr. Culverhouse combine deep system-level insight with hands-on expertise to help educational leaders design forward-thinking strategies, strengthen team alignment, and lead with confidence in an evolving era of AI-enhanced education.
