Bob Pletka and Joanne Culverhouse are experienced educational consultants who provide customized professional development, executive coaching, and leadership support for district leaders and their teams. Their work centers on helping superintendents harness AI tools to analyze data, strategize effectively, and communicate with greater clarity and impact.
Dr. Bob Pletka, Superintendent of Fullerton School District, brings over 36 years in education and 18 years of successful superintendent experience. He earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UC Irvine, with a specialization in Educational Technology, and is recognized statewide for integrating innovation, equity, and digital tools into leadership practice.
Together, Pletka and Culverhouse combine deep system-level insight with hands-on expertise to help educational leaders design forward-thinking strategies, strengthen team alignment, and lead with confidence in an evolving era of AI-enhanced education.
